Currently the MD and founder of Musical Therapy, Orlando owned the hugely popular underground soul label “Soultown records” in the late eighties to late 90s & counted amongst various achievements charting single handedly the infamous “Wayne G Spot Marshall” project & propelling Phoebe 1 to be the first female rapper to win a prestigious MOBO award.

In total Soultown records spawned 10 no 1 soul hits ! When the industry changed & became financially reliant on majors Orlando ever the independent turned his attention to organising live concert events. His niche market was quality heritage acts, his mantra was quality venues at a price the average concert goer would appreciate.

The artistes he has promoted under the banner Musical Therapy include Leroy Hutson, Don Blackman, Greg Perry, Leon Ware, Jean Carne, The Valentine Brothers, Sherry Brown, Patrice Rushen, Shirley Jones, Kenny Thomas, Rose Royce, The Real Thing, Jaki Graham, China Black, The Emotions, Barbara Mason, The Natural Four, Kci & Jojo & most recently Angie Stone, Omar, Don-E & Melody. Squeezed in amongst that list Orlando has for the last four years promoted the ever popular Giants of Lovers Rock series feat over 60 artistes from the lovers rock arena.  Names like Janet Kay, Carroll Thompson, Sandra Cross, Peter Hunnigale, The Investigators, Paul Dawkins, Trevor Walters Kofi & countless others.
