Meanwhile, Bill dedicates as much time as possible to working with high profile new artists, relishing the chance to shape a sound and career in its early stages.

Other artist collaborations have included Westlife. Ronan Keating , Liberty X.

Songwriting collaborators include Pam Sheyne, Eg White ,Sacha Skarbek, Jiant, Jorgen Elofsen, Billy Steinberg, Rob Davis, , Elliot Kennedy and Gary Barlow.

Bill has also enjoyed success in America, with four tracks on Play's hit album Replay, and Atomic Kitten's Tide Is High (Get The Feeling) spending months in the Disney Radio top 20 after featuring on the multi platinum Lizzie McGuire Soundtrack album.

Unlike many leading pop writer/producers, there is no Padley 'sound' that's imposed on whichever artists he works with. Instead, the approach is marked by first spending the time to find out about the artist - their abilities and where they want to be musically. Once this has been established, the ability to fulfil the resulting brief is second to none.

Technical abilities are many and varied. For example, Bill is a renowned power user of Pro Tools having been a long term beta tester for Digidesign, and he mixes all his own tracks.. His background of over 20 years in British Commercial and BBC radio gives Bill a rare affinity for balancing the demands of the medium with musical and artistic requirements. From out-and-out pop to MOR to edgy R& B, Bill is comfortable making hit radio records across the genres

Bill's new project “RADIOLA” with hit dance artist and writer Karen Danzig , combines great pop songs with great dance grooves, perfect for daytime radio
