Adam comes from a background of working in digital & marketing for Bristol-based labels and management companies. Moving to Absolute in 2011 to become their Digital Manager, Adam has steered the expansion of the digital area to now heading-up the Digital Department as Digital Director.

During that time he’s been proud to spearhead digital strategy for artists such as McFly, Backstreet Boys, Blue, Dexys, Noisettes, Crystal Fighters, Lemar, Alesha Dixon, Newton Faulkner, Jack Savoretti and more. He has also been responsible for developing Absolute’s relationships with digital platforms including iTunes, VEVO, YouTube, Spotify, Deezer; whilst being a part of the creation of Absolute’s direct distribution and analytics platform, Absolute Project.

During his time with Absolute he has helped transform their reputation from a key independent in physical distribution to being at the forefront in digital distribution & marketing in the music industry.
